In this exciting and dynamic tell-all interview, Sara Eastwood-Richardson, the small-town girl who broke through the industry’s “boys’ club” glass ceiling, will go toe-to-toe with the “C” behind the iconic CLS brand, Charlie Horky, who now runs Slade Services of Las Vegas. Together they will explore how to avoid the pitfalls and temptations that money and notoriety may bring. Hear the real story from the man largely responsible for creating “service delivery” as we  know it today.

In 1980, Charlie Horky launched Charlie's Limousine Service in Los Angeles. By 1990, the operation had 10 limos and became known as CLS Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation and changed the face of high net worth VIP service delivery. If you were lucky enough to become a CLS client, you knew that you had arrived and were recognized as a true player in the livery industry. That company is now known as Empire-CLS.

Listen to Charlie share his rocket ship ride to becoming the most prominent figure in the livery industry and his dramatic fall from grace. Hear the heart-felt story of starting over again to create the exclusive high-end Slade Services.

Charlie Horky will share how he grew his business from 10 cars in 1990, operating only in Los Angeles, to more than 700 cars in five cities by 2000. Charlie will teach you how to deliver service that endears clients and how to rapidly grow your business. He will also share the mistakes he made along the way and how he was able to rebuild and even win back his old clients.

Come hear this interesting and engaging interview with two polar-opposite personalities that will sure to be the talk of the industry town!
