Rules & Regulations

ATTENTION! The following policies will be strictly enforced.

You MUST be an owner, operator or direct employee of a vehicle for hire or chauffeur driven business to attend the International Luxury Coach and Transportation Show. All others including, but not limited to, insurance providers, vehicle modifiers, finance/leasing companies, software and technology providers and consultants are required to purchase a NON-EXHIBITING SUPPLIER PASS or exhibit space. International Luxury Coach and Transportation Show is closed to competing trade magazines and trade show producers.

All registrations are pending approval and will be audited for compliance. Registrations that do not adhere to this policy will be rejected. No exceptions will be made.

All attendees will be required to provide a business card and photo ID onsite for badge pick-up.

Registration refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to conference management approval. Refund requests must be made in writing and received by event name, c/o Custom Registration, Inc., 2001 E. Randol Mill Rd., Ste. 135, Arlington, TX 76011, Fax: (817) 277-7616, Email:  [email protected] , no later than February 15, 2019. A $75 processing fee will be applied. No refunds or credits will be granted, under any circumstances, after February 15, 2019.

Spouses and children age 12 and above are required to purchase a pass to gain access to the Exhibit Hall or any events listed on the Int'l LCT Show schedule.

Show management has the right to refuse or deny access to any person for any reason.

Attendee Roster Consent: It is standard procedure for theInternational Luxury Coach and Transportation Show to publish the attendee roster online. By registering for the International Luxury Coach and Transportation Show you consent to the posting of your name, title, company, city and state/region on the official show website www.LCTSHOW.com. If you wish to be excluded from the online roster, please email [email protected].

Hospitality and Special Events: Your company is required to be registered for the International Luxury Coach and Transportation Show to maintain a hospitality suite, or conduct a special event during the International Luxury Coach and Transportation Show. You must request approval from the International Luxury Coach and Transportation Show 45 days prior to the event. The suite or special event host is responsible for making the arrangements for the hospitality event with the Mandalay Bay and is responsible for all charges. No events will be permitted that conflict with any official portion on the International Luxury Coach and Transportation Show program. Promotion of the event may occur at the host’s booth or if the event is open to the entire conference delegation, a request can be made to be included in the program guide. International Luxury Coach and Transportation Show reserves the right to not approve an event or hospitality room in conjunction with the event. The Mandalay Bay has been advised not to book an event unless it has been approved by International Luxury Coach and Transportation Show in advance. No event can be conducted during exhibit hours.
