Attendee FAQ

There are four easy ways to register and you can find them on our registration page. 

If you register online, confirmations are automatically sent out to the email you provided during the registration process. If you sent in a registration form by fax, you should receive an email confirmation within two weeks to the email you provided on the form. In either case, if you did not receive a confirmation, it may have been filtered out by a spam blocker. Please contact (817) 277-7187 if you have any questions or concerns about your registration status.

You can pick up your badge at show site, at the registration counter at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Bayside B. A business card and photo ID will be required for badge pick-up. For confirmation of your registration you may call (817) 277-7187 or (800) 576-8788.

You must pre-register in order to take advantage of the Early Discount Rate . If you register after the deadline on February 16, 2018 you will be charged the regular rate. See the registration page for prices. Pre-registration will also streamline your registration approval and badge pick-up on-site.

Of course! You may purchase any of the passes directly at show site. Please review all registrations policies before making your travel arrangements.

Registration refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to conference management approval. Refund requests must be made in writing and received by event name, c/o Custom Registration, Inc., 2001 E. Randol mill Rd., Ste. 135, Arlington, TX 76011, Fax: (817) 277-7616, Email: [email protected], no later than January 5, 2018. No refunds or credits will be granted, under any circumstances, after January 5, 2018.

Any name changes or transferring of badges may be done upon show management's discretion. Please fax over any changes to (817) 277-7616.

You must provide a business card and photo identification on-site for admittance into the conference. We recommend you bring a stack of business cards and a list of your show goals.

The Mandalay Bay Convention Center is walking distance from the Delano Hotel rooms. They are located on the same property and you do not have to go outside.

This is not recommended. The International LCT Show is not a family event and can be unsafe for children. Exhibitors and attendees will be looking and getting into the vehicles on the show floor it is difficult to see small children with the doors closed. Any child who is of walking age will need to be purchased a pass at regular price.

YES. Spouses may attend the event. We do not have a special spouse pass; regular admission needs to be paid.

During the Show dress attire is Business Casual; during the Awards dinner black tie is suggested; the night time parties are club/party clothes.

Exhibitor FAQ

The most important thing is to RETURN YOUR SIGNED SPACE CONTRACT with payment. This show will SELL OUT FAST, and we are unable to hold any space without a complete contract. You may also review the exhibit floorplan. Once we receive your contract, we will call you to discuss your space selection. Space is assigned on a first-come first-served basis in the order contracts are received.

Material handling, often referred to as drayage, is the movement of your freight from the carrier to your booth and then back to the carrier at the close of the show. Freight handling includes unloading your materials, storage at our warehouse for up to 30 days in advance of the show, delivery of the materials to your booth, the handling of empty containers to and from storage, and removal of your material from the booth for reloading onto your outbound carrier.

Yes. Material handling charges are computed based on the weight of your materials. The weight is rounded up to the closest hundred pounds (cwt.) and charged according to the rates published in your show service kit. Check your show schedule carefully to determine whether or not overtime charges may apply to your shipment.

For your convenience, the International LCT Show recommends ELITeXPO. Representatives from this freight company will be on-site to assist you. Although as an exhibitor, you are free to use whatever carrier you like to transport your materials.

In most cases, an exhibitor may bring in what can be hand-carried in one trip without the use of the loading dock or hand trucks. Refer to the union jurisdictions in your service manual for specific information regarding your show.

YES - Badges will be required for all personnel to enter the exhibit area during move-in, move-out and show hours. Badges must be worn at all times while in the exhibit hall. Exhibitor Badges will only be issued to those working in the booth. Those helping to set-up or to teardown the booth will be given temporary worker badges – which will not be valid during show hours.

Allotment breakdown is as follows:
10'x10' Booths = 2 complimentary full exhibitor registrations per space
20'X20' Booths = 4 complimentary full exhibitor registrations per space
Vehicle Spaces = 4 complimentary full exhibitor registrations per 450 square feet

If you have used your allotment and require additional staff badges, or guest badges, you may purchase those passes at a discounted rate of $350.00 per person. There no hall only passes available for exhibitors.

The International LCT Show will set-up on-line registration for your convenience!

With a log-in and password, which will be sent directly to your show manager in a separate email, you can simply register your staff, make any changes, and keep track of your staff badges. All registrations must be completed online.

Payment is refundable, less the corresponding deposit, if Int'l LCT Show is notified in writing postmarked on or before November 30, 2017. Cancellation policy applies to all exhibiting firms. Failure to appear at the exposition does not release the exhibitor from the responsibility for payment of the full cost of space rented.

Yes, exhibit personnel can transfer badges. But you must transfer the entire pass - it can not be broken up or transferred mid-show if the badge has already been picked up.

No. The exhibit hall will be closed during the conference hours. The registered exhibitors who have a badge are welcome to attend the seminars. Review the schedule for more information.
