Space Fees
PLEASE NOTE: If you are displaying a vehicle more than 25-feet in length, you MUST select a 15’ x 40’ space. Vehicle displays are NOT permitted in 10’ x 10’ or 20’ x 20’ spaces. Please refer to the floorplan for premium vs. standard space locations.

*All applications must be signed, completed and accompanied by correct deposit. Applications that are incomplete, unsigned or not accompanied by proper deposit will be returned for completion and will not be entered into the assignment process.
*Payment is due in full with contract submission for exhibits totaling less than $6,000. Exhibits totaling more than $6,000 will require a deposit of $6,000 with the contract submission and the balance due on or before December 4, 2009. Failure to comply result in the forfeiture or reserved space assignments. Exhibitors will not permitted to move into the exhibit hall without full payment.
*The mandatory food and beverage fee is a $500 per company flat fee assessed to cover the inflation of food and beverage prices year-to-year.
