The kit is basically broken into four parts:
*Show Management Information & Forms: This includes a lot of general information about your exhibit, a deadlines checklist, and mandatory forms such as your program guide listing, emergency contact, and certificate of insurance requirements.
*Shepard Exposition Services Information & Forms: Shepard Exposition Services is our official service contractor. Through Shepard Exposition Services you can order furniture, rental exhibits, signs and graphics, material handling, view shipping information, and much more. It is important to read through all of this information. All Shepard Exposition Services forms and information can be found online.
*Facility Information & Forms: The MGM Grand provides essential services like electricity, booth cleaning, Internet, and telecommunications.
*Other Great Services: There are other services available to you for the Show. You can order talent, floral, security and lead retrieval right here.
LCT Show Exhibitor Fraud Warning
Please take a moment to read this important warning to all LCT exhibitors.
Hospitality and Special Events
Your company is required to be registered for the 2013 International LCT Show to maintain a hospitality suite, or conduct a special event during the International LCT Show. You must request approval from the International LCT Show 45 days prior to the event. The suite or special event host is responsible for making the arrangements for the hospitality event with the MGM Grand and is responsible for all charges. No events will be permitted that conflict with any official portion on the International LCT Show program. Promotion of the event may occur at the host’s booth or if the event is open to the entire conference delegation, a request can be made to be included in the program guide. International LCT Show reserves the right to not approve an event or hospitality room in conjunction with the event. The MGM Grand has been advised not to book an event unless it has been approved by International LCT Show in advance. No event can be conducted during exhibit hours.
