Exhibitor Service Kit
Below you will find links the the forms and information you need to ensure a successful exhibition. Some forms are mandatory, while others are optional. We encourage you to read everything very carefully and call us at (310) 533-2576 with any questions.
The kit is basically broken into four parts:
Show Management Information & Forms: This includes a lot of general information about your exhibit, a deadlines checklist, and mandatory forms such as your program guide listing, emergency contact, and certificate of insurance requirements. You can find all of this below or at Freeman OnLine.
Freeman Information & Forms: Freeman is our official service contractor. Through Freeman you can order furniture, rental exhibits, signs and graphics, hanging labor, material handling, audio visual, shipping information, and much more. It is important to read through all of this information - there are mandatory forms for vehicles and extremely important banner hanging information. All Freeman forms and information can be found at Freeman OnLine. Freeman discount deadlines have been extended to January 9th!
SES Information & Forms: SES works directly with the Venetian to provide essential services like electricity, booth cleaning, Internet, and telecommunications. You can find this information below and also at Freeman OnLine.
